Evaporation is an important part of the hydrological cycle. This paper discusses materials and methods we used to develop evaporometer, which measures evaporation from water surface, like a drop in level. The main problem that there are relatively small differences levels measured directly field. During research, tested conductive filament stainless steel as measuring electrode materials. We 3D printing combination with low-cost open-source electronics hand-etched circuit board make device free surface A printed jig when assembling device, this ensures contact electrodes set precisely. Our results show high-precision measurements can be gathered use housing. also durable easy maintain.
